Our cancelation policy

Up to 5 days prior to arrival: Your deposit is refundable minus a 3.5% processing fee.

Under 5 days prior to arrival:  We understand life is unpredictable so we are willing to reschedule your reservation if you can do so within a reasonable amount of time. 

Under 24 hrs or no-shows: no refunds 

BOOKED LONG-TERM STAYS OVER 28 DAYS:

A 30 day advance cancelation is required for deposit refund.
