20% discount for 7nt stay
Base rate starts at $168 per nt/2 people
$15 per person per nt each additional person
(Children are people too)
$85 cleaning fee per stay
$55 pet fee per stay- 2 dogs max, 50 lbs or less.
Well-behaved crate trained dogs welcome

House Rules

Observe Quiet Hours - 10pm-7am
Max of 6 persons only: Disclose number of guests/pets, including service animals when booking. Inform us if you have a visitor during your stay.
PET POLICY: MAXIMUM OF 2 WELL-BEHAVED DOGS, MUST BE LEASHED WHEN OUTSIDE. No pets on beds. Bring your own pet bedding. 1 large crate is provided (40lbs or less pet size) if you must leave your pet for a short time, they must be crated. Dispose of pet waste in large green trash container outside.
Hosts live on property in private partially attached residence with our dog and parrot - feel free to say hi, or feel free to enjoy your space and privacy.
